Mobile phones and tablets freeze up when they get too hot, which is normally when you’re in the middle of navigating somewhere important or needing the internet or any other mobile phone function that requires the phone to be on at that critical time. But we know that too much heat or too much cold (in icy countries) renders the phone useless. Which is what happened to Kyle Vanzati one day when he took a summer job as an Uber driver. Heat reflected off the dash and coming from the sun above the windscreen was so intense that his phone just didn’t function during crucial drive times when he was on duty. For that reason he developed a primitive under-shield cover using tinfoil that would deflect the heat away from the phone. This seemed to work beautifully and family and closest friends commented on what a great idea it was and that he should develop it into a product, which is exactly what he has now done. Together with his wife, Jodi, Kyle has developed this first product (of hopefully many products) that will add value to the lives of mobile technology users. The COOLNSHIELD is a revolutionary “almost form-fitted” shield under-side cover which will ensure ongoing mobile performances through even the toughest hottest weather waves. The size of the mobile phone market is 13 billion annually at the minimum. The size of the mobile phone market is 4.1 billion annually at the minimum. This is only likely to get larger as developing countries increase importation of mobile phones and improvement support-devices and accessories. At a conservative level of even $1 exploitation per unit, we can see that the market is limitless. The product sells for a minimum of $49 and for as much as $139 for tablets. The margins after deducting manufacturing are 97.61%. Split 3 ways between Developer, Distributor and Agency, a sizeable market share and profit-base is imminent.
