Pre-manufacturing: Moulding - dissection of the bill of materials, against supply of parts materials and processes to attain best pricing - continuing of extrapolation of designs to prepare the making of first moulding - optimising the pre-manufacture of moulding process- test prototype moulding computer- test prototype moulding rough build- test prototype moulding finalise after short run test- optimise for speed
Manufacturing: Actual making of the units through machine production - once all processes have been approved- produce The pre-manufacturing will take between 60-90 days, once all items parts and materials handling are optimised. For more accurate timeline of the length of time time that is involved, please see below, Item 7. In all instances, please note that timings are estimates, and each step only begins once it is green-lit to proceed, also each step only completes once it has been marked as complete. Once the files and materials and parts have been lined up, and initial testings have been approved, Manufacturing, once green-lighted, is very fast. Once a pre-Manufacturer has been selected, and all steps have been green-lit, the Coolnshield pre-manufactured moulding can begin. MOULDING PRE-MANUFACTURERS AND THEIR PROCESSES BEING VETOED. FILES BEING ALIGNED TO MACHINE OPTIONS. QUOTATIONS BEING COLLECTED & ASSESSED. ORDER PLACED TO START CAVITY (CAVITIES) MOULDING - IF EACH STEP IS GREENLIT AS FAST AS REQUIRED, MANY STEPS WILL MOVE FORWARD QUICKER THAN ESTIMATED. WE ARE HERE. ADVERTISING COMMENCEMENTS. STARTING SOON. PRE-PRODUCTION WE WILL BE HERE NEXT. 1. Structure analysis of the product(s) to be moulded. (3-5 days) 2. Files checked, files worked, files synchronised to flatbed plate software.
